When You Cannot Log In
If you are having trouble getting into the web site, here are a few tips that we have found can help.
- First, be sure you are entering your user name exactly as you created it. The site is case sensitive and capitals or small letter must be entered just as you signed up. If you employed spaces in the user name, echo those spaces when you type.
- Next, be sure your password is exactly as you were shown in the introductory email (or matches exactly whatever new one you have set). Passwords are case sensitive and should not have spaces in them.
- Sometimes computer caches can hold old information. You may be able to circumvent that by restarting your browser or trying a different browser. Otherwise, check appropriate sources to learn how to clear your computer’s cache.
- If all else fails, you might try creating a new user name.
